Benefits of using a fan along with the air conditioner
Air conditioners function by drawing air from the room, cooling it through filters, and then releasing it back. But this cooling process often takes time, which is why people typically set the temperature lower—around 23–24°C (73–75°F)—to cool the entire room. This habit forces the AC to consume more power and work harder.
Low AC temperatures can also lead to side effects like dry skin, dizziness, sore throat, or sudden body temperature changes, especially if you frequently move between indoors and outdoors.
