Beef and Macaroni Soup Recipe

- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- 6 cups beef stock
- 14 oz chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sundried tomato puree
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 ½ cups elbow pasta
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
